FW Nexus

The mission of FW Nexus is to develop a network of relationships designed to build each other’s business through quality referrals.

*Nexus nex·us ˈnɛk səs[nek-suh s] Pronunciation Key –noun, plural nex·us·es, nex·us.

  1. a means of connection; tie; link.
  2. a connected series or group.
  3. the core or center, as of a matter or situation.

GENERAL GUIDELINES

FW Nexus Group is limited to one industry group/classification per group, unless agreed upon by the group leadership. (i.e. SBA banker   Mortgage banker)

ATTENDANCE

Regular attendance is vital to the success of both the individual and the group. FW Nexus is a lot like life, you get out what you put in.

It is crucial that quality prospective members be invited regularly to build a solid membership. Guests are always invited and encouraged to visit the group.

VISITORS

The intention of FW Nexus is to develop relationships with as many people as possible. And to educate and motivate these people to prospect for you and learn how to share your sphere of influence.

MEMBERSHIP GUIDELINES

  • Member dues: $25/year for new members; $15 for renewing members
  • Only 1 representative per profession/industry is allowed.
  • Visit 3 times, do 3 one on ones (2 with executive committee)
  • Members will be reviewed quarterly by officers

Meeting Agenda

    11:30 AM –12:00 PM
  • Meet and greet
  • Pass out collateral
  • Sign attendance book
  • Order food
    12:00 AM to 1:00 PM
  • Members go around the table to share on the weekly topic; visitors to give their 30 second commercial
  • Share one-on-ones, leads, and thank yous from the past week; bonus bucks to be shared quarterly at the members meeting
  • Fort Worth Business Press recap and review of list
  • Secretary recap
  • Speakers: on the first Tuesday of the month, we will have outside speakers to aid the group in business development, scheduled by Eric Gonzalez
